Although our tropical climate ensures year-round temperatures averaging in the low-to-mid-80s, the Virgin Islands does experience subtle seasonal changes. In winter, it generally dips into the 70s on occasion but by April, both air and sea temps are pretty much ideal. According to Bloomberg Climate Analysis, typical dry season in the Virgin Islands runs from January through April. In essence, April is an ideal time to be in paradise.
For two St. Thomas residents, this month started out as a winner, for sure. After entering in Flamboyan Resort’s “Lucky Locals Sweepstakes” last month, on April 1, Alvin Venzen won a complimentary two-night stay at the hotel.
