Now, in addition to publishing the Coconut Post online, Flamboyan On The Bay Resort & Villas has opened the doors to the Coconut Post Office.

The official ‘home’ to our informative monthly publication, Coconut Post Office is a welcoming place where resort guests are invited to stop by to pick up island travel magazines as well as brochures showcasing places to go and things to do in the V.I.

Representatives from the island’s best day charters, sport fishing boats, sunset sails, island excursions, restaurant tours, retail shops, and other popular destinations provide the office with brochures for you to select at your leisure.

While there, you might meet up with staff members of the Coconut Post who will be glad to answer questions and share “insider” details on places not to be missed — as well as upcoming events.

The Coconut Post Office is located next door to the resort’s Reception area. Hours are 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

By the way, the Coconut Post Office also is the place to find the resort’s convenient, complimentary Lending Library.

A BIT ABOUT VI BEACHES

The sandy shorelines of the Virgin Islands are filled with treasures — but please don’t take anything except photos and videos on your visit. Help protect the fragile marine ecosystem by leaving coral and shells intact. It may be tempting to take a “souvenir” home with you; however, it is vitally important to the health of our beaches for these items to remain where they are. Washed up shells often have a second life when crabs wear them as shelter and protection.
