Once upon a time, the Havensight area of St. Thomas was a world of warehouses. By the 1970s, the utilitarian structures began transforming into appealing retail stores and restaurants. Eventually, Havensight Mall was attracting everyone from cruise ship passengers to hotel guests, and plenty of island residents, too.
